Our knowledge transfer transition from a single internal IT employee to Rivell was seamless and Rivell was there for all of our phone calls to make sure we were comfortable with the process. We love the Rivell staff - they are so polite, helpful, professional and SMART. They are always willing to help. For example: We had an after hours situation and Gabe came right out. Even though our issue was not what Rivell usually handles for us, Gabe's trouble-shooting of the technical side saved us a lot of headache and time. I really appreciated his problem solving. Also, if I have any questions Ricky is always there to answer my calls/emails - when we are unsure about anything IT related I always say "Just call Ricky."(Shout out also to Derek who's always are there for my calls too!) I trust Rivell explicitly with our IT security.
