Through our 10 years in business, we have work with 3 IT/Web firms, none of them compare with Rivell! Rivell is responsive, caring, understanding, and EFFECTIVE! We had an absolute melt down when our email/website was incorrectly Identified as fraud, blocking all of our email. Our current at the time IT company, said it should take 2-3 weeks to fix.. 2-3 weeks with no communication for a small business is catastrophic. I called RIVELL and within 2 days we were up and running. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
