After severe storms knocked out power at the community center where I volunteer, we were in a pinch and needed to provide service to those who depend on us. Thankfully, your employee, Lucas came to the rescue. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and courteous and had us back up in no time. His calm demeanor made all the difference. Because of him, we were able to resume full services quickly. I didn't get the chance to thank him personally at the time, so I hope this review let's him know how much his outstanding service was appreciated. He is a tremendous representative of your company.

Rivell has been our IT provider for a few years. We recently relocated a significant portion of our Cat5 network switches in anticipation of a comprehensive showroom and office renovation. Initially, I intended for your team to handle this task; however, I was informed that they would be unavailable for several months. Consequently, I engaged another company to perform the work. Unfortunately, the crew they dispatched consisted primarily of cable runners and lacked the necessary expertise in network diagnostics and troubleshooting. Upon completion of the equipment relocation, which was done on a Sunday in which the dealership is closed, we experienced a complete loss of internet service in the building. I reached out to the Rivell team, specifically Kevin, on Sunday evening around 6 PM. He arrived at the dealership promptly at 7:00 AM on Monday and, by 8:30 AM, most of the computers were operational. By 9:30 AM, the majority of the telephones were also functioning. It became evident that at least two cable runs had inadvertently looped back to the same network switch, resulting in a total system outage. Additionally, one cable was incorrectly wired, among other issues. His promptness, efficiency, and expertise in diagnosing the various issues with our network were commendable. In the following days, we identified additional wiring problems, which necessitated further emergency visits from the Rivell team to rectify the situation. The service we received throughout this process was truly commendable. I would like to extend my gratitude to you and your staff for their patience in addressing our issues and for their commendable efforts in resolving them.
